Hot Lips is a brand owned by HC PRO AS, with over 28 years of experience in the erotic and intimate product industry. Over the decades, Hot Lips has grown to become the largest player in Estonia, offering a comprehensive range of products for both retail and wholesale markets.

All operations are based in Estonia. The modern logistics center in Maardu, with a total area of 2,400 m², ensures efficient handling and delivery of orders throughout Estonia and internationally. This centralized logistics solution guarantees fast and reliable service.

The Hot Lips product range includes a wide selection of erotic and intimate products, as well as the brand’s own creations, which stand out for their high quality and innovative design. These products are available through five physical stores in Estonia and via the online store, which also serves customers in Russian and English.

HC Pro AS – Future goals are
to double the lines of the erotic and sports business in two years and to increase both the turnover and the profit at least five times in three to four years.
To be the largest seller of erotic and gym equipment in the Nordic and Baltic countries in 3-4 years and to make the HC Pro and HotLips brands known throughout Europe, either directly or through resellers.

HC PRO AS has several physical stores in Estonia. The company’s main warehouse, located in Maardu at Vana-Narva mnt 20b and covering over 2000 m², handles all online orders for erotic products and some sports equipment that fits into parcel machines. A larger sports equipment warehouse is located in the same area at Vana-Narva mnt 20 RRK Ladu 5, from where bulk items are shipped to both consumers and businesses. All orders from HC PRO AS online stores are centrally dispatched from the Vana-Narva mnt 20b central warehouses.

The Hot Lips and HC PRO store is located in Narva’s Astri shopping center, with a floor area of 204 m². In Tallinn’s T1 center, there is a Hot Lips flagship store covering 1040 m², and a separate HC PRO store offering gym equipment and nutritional supplements.

In Kohtla-Järve, HC PRO AS owns the HC GYM gym, where customers can also purchase nutritional supplements and gym equipment on-site. In Tartu, the Hot Lips erotic store operates in Lõunakeskus on a franchise basis in collaboration with Moekas OÜ.

HC PRO AS is also active in the Finnish, Latvian, and Lithuanian markets. In Finland, erotic products are sold through the websites seksitori.fi and touhutippa.fi, while sports equipment and nutritional supplements are sold via hcpro.fi. In Latvia, the company operates through hotlips.lv and hcpro.lv online stores, and in Lithuania through hotlips.lt and hcpro.lt.

International business clients with EU VAT obligations can order products VAT-free by entering their company details when creating a customer account.

Plans

The company’s future plans include significant expansions. In 2024, the HC GYM gym in Kohtla-Järve is planned to be doubled in size with the support of the EAS Just Transition Fund. A Hot Lips erotic store is also planned to be opened in Pärnu through a franchise collaboration with Moekas OÜ.

In 2025, HC PRO AS plans to expand operations by offering warehousing and marketing services for erotic products to HL-Property OY, either in the existing warehouses at Vana-Narva mnt 20b or new premises in Estonia. The goal is to increase turnover by 1.5 million euros and achieve at least 15% profitability.

The company’s target for 2025 is to reach a turnover of 8 million euros and a profit of 1.5 million euros. HC PRO AS also plans to acquire HC GYM OÜ gyms and automate them where possible. Although automation may reduce on-site additional sales, the reduction in labor costs and the introduction of vending machines could significantly improve the company’s profitability.

Additionally, HC PRO AS is looking for new premises or land in the Maardu or Lasnamäe area to consolidate the Hot Lips and RRK gym equipment warehouses, with the aim of reducing labor costs by at least 10%.
